If you’re making a difference in aged care, then you deserve to be rewarded.
This year’s Bethanie Medallion Award nominations are now open but will soon close on Monday October 17.
Winners are announced on Tuesday November 29.
The medallion is an honorary citation which aims to recognise individuals and organisations with a history of “consistently delivering an exceptional standard of service in an area of the aged care sector,” the organisers said.
On this, the program’s eighth year, the award categories have been broadened to acknowledge outstanding professionals, volunteers, groups and organisations serving and supporting the state’s ageing population.
The four award categories are:
• Bethanie Professional Medallion
• Bethanie Volunteer Medallion – Organisation
• Bethanie Volunteer Medallion – Individual
• Bethanie Media Medallion

Bethanie is everywhere at the moment – just saw they opened an Aboriginal day centre and housing in Bunbury. Amazing work.
