Race is on for MOTY
The five finalists for the RVA’s National Manager of the Year award have been announced.
The regional Retirement Village Association (RVA) managers of the year have been announced and will now go head to head for the National Manager of the Year award.
The five national finalists are Stephen Joyce (Qld), Julie Woolard (NSW-ACT), Penny Lloyd (VIC-TAS), Kaye Dix (WA) and Bev Janzow (SA-NT).
Since 2005, the Manager of the Year Award has highlighted professional management and a commitment to excellence in the retirement village industry.
RVA CEO, Jane Holdsworth said all the winners displayed the skills, experience and passion that retirement villages need to ensure a quality operation.
“All of our nominees demonstrated remarkable attributes, which made the regional decisions so much harder for the judges,” said Ms Holdsworth.
“It shows that the retirement village industry, as it continues its rapid expansion, is in very good hands.”
The RVA National Manager of the Year will be announced in November at the association’s National Conference in Perth.
