Aged care provider Life Care has held a driveway tribute to commemorate Anzac Day.

Life Care resident John Hooper, a 92-year old World War II veteran, has recited the Ode at every Anzac Day service for more than 40 years and marched in 70 parades – but this year will be different due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Mr Hooper recited the ode at a 6am service at on the footpath of Life Care’s Parkrose Village in Everard Park. He was joined by a group of the facility’s ex-service personnel, other residents and staff.
