Pro-Visual Publishing has launched a poster guide to provide health, lifestyle and wellbeing tips to residents of aged care homes and retirement villages.

A free digitally-interactive poster guide has been launched to provide information and tips on health, wellbeing and lifestyle to people living in aged care homes and retirement villages.

The Residential Living Guide to Lifestyle & Health 2021/22 has been developed by health, safety and wellbeing guide publisher Pro-Visual Publishing in partnership with the Heart Foundation Walking, Retirement Living Council and National Safety Council of Australia Foundation.

The guide aims to support residents’ physical and mental health as they adjust to lifestyle changes.

The guide includes advice on:

  • looking after your mental health and wellbeing
  • staying active
  • the benefits of building respiratory health
  • living on a fixed income
  • volunteering in your community
  • domestic travel tips
