NATSIFAC reform readiness webinar

The Department of Health and Aged Care will host another webinar to help providers prepare for the upcoming 1 July changes, this time with a focus on the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care program.

The Department of Health and Aged Care will host a webinar this month to discuss new worker screening requirements, the single assessment system and what the new Act means for National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care program providers.

Presenters include Imran Church, Worker Regulation Section director, Robert Day, Harmonisation and Regulatory Strategy Branch assistant secretary, James Cole, Aged Care Assessments Policy – Single Assessment System director and James Chen, Independent Health and Aged Care Pricing Authority – NATSIFAC costing study director.

Shonella Tatipata, First Nations Aged Care Branch assistant secretary, will chair the webinar.

It will take place on 20 March at 2:00pm AEDT and finish at 3:30pm.
