During her time as interim CEO, she has lifted the mood and performance at SCC in ways that have brought out the best in our staff,” said chair Lawrence Hallinan. “My promise to staff was that we would find a CEO who is worthy of working alongside them and of leading SCC. I know that in Monique we have found such a person.”

Ms Reynolds was offered the interim CEO role following Helen Emmerson’s resignation in September. She had been a member of the provider’s board from 2017 until shortly before that appointment.
