Sydney based home nursing service, Kinder Caring Home Nursing has appointed a new human resource director.

Mr Ryken has a Bachelor of Business with a major in HR and is currently studying a Masters of Business in Employment Relations.

This appointment comes as Kinder Caring Home Nursing enters a new phase of growth and diversification. The group recently registered as a registered training organisation with the NSW Vocational Education and Training Advisory Board.

It is also full accredited by the Australian Council on Health Standards.

“I am very excited to be joining an organisation like Kinder Caring,” Mr Ryken said. “Their values and reason for being underpin all that they do, which is most appealing.

“Kinder Caring are undergoing significant growth and diversity at present and I am looking forward to guiding them through this growth phase [while] maintaining our high standards of service and excellence in care.”

One of Mr Ryken’s first jobs in the new role will be to oversee the recruitment and selection of new staff members to work in the training centre.

“I look forward to bringing the skills that I’ve learnt over the past 14 years to Kinder Caring in relation to new HR initiatives, employee development opportunities and reward and recognition strategies,” he said.
