ACAA announces the winners of its employer of choice and building awards.

Aged Care association Australia (ACAA) has announced the winners of its Employer of Choice and Building Awards at its annual congress in Melbourne.

ACCA’s prestigious Employer of Choice and Building Awards were announced today by CEO, Rod Young.

Winning both Employer of Choice and New Building Awards was NSW organisation Anglican Retirement Villages (ARV).

Accepting the award on behalf of ARV was CEO, Rob Freeman who told the audience he had been in the industry a relatively short time but was looking forward to returning from Melbourne with two ACCA awards.

Highly commended in the Employer of Choice Award was Victoria’s Chelsea Manor.

In the Building Awards, Blue Care Labrador Gardens received high commendation for its integration of external and internal environments.

Advantaged Care’s Georges Manor in Sydney was also highly commended for its innovative design on a difficult site.

The award for Existing Building went to Wentworth Manor with Miranda aged care facility being highly commended by the Association.
