Save time: We have done all the hard work ensuring contemporary standards and practice references and funder requirements for home care and residential service provision.

Easy to navigate: We have developed a Standards Framework with links to procedures so your team can find documents and understand how documents relate to practice. Hyperlinks throughout the documents assist navigation.

Clear and direct: The suite of 73 procedures is written in plain English and each procedure has a table of contents. Materials are easy to use to guide staff education and training.

Included resources: Example forms, risk plans, consumer handbooks, business continuity plan and a range of registers, including a high-risk consumer register are included for you to customise to your needs.

Keep updated: We offer an annual support subscription to provide regular updates at least twice a year to reflect changing government requirements.

Additional resources: We can customise your documents, apply your logo and name, provide specific State legislation, provide audit tools and we have a NDIS Core Module add on for purchase.

How do people use the GGJ suite?

You choose the suite that will best suit your services including:

• Integrated services: for providers delivering both home care and residential care.
• Support@Home: for providers delivering S@H (previously Home Care Packages)
• CHSP: providers delivering CHSP only
• NDIS Core Module add-on: for providers delivering NDIS services in addition to aged care services (the add on links to the main suite of documents)
• Meals on Wheels: for Meals on Wheels providers.

Most of our customers find that our suites match their service provision, so little customisation is necessary. Customers review the documents, make any necessary changes and then use them as their organisation policies and procedures. Sometimes customers add their own specific organisation work instructions as appendices to procedures, so their staff can access the policy, procedure and any specific organisational guidance all in one place.

Some customers maintain their existing policies and procedures and use the GGJ policies and procedures to augment their own, as they have contemporary updates and align with the strengthened quality standards requirements – cutting down on time and effort.

How is the GGJ suite delivered?

We provide a Dropbox link for you to download the materials. We include step-by-step instructions to support you to implement the policy and procedures and our team can provide guidance via email or phone (included in the support subscription).
