Spacetalk teams up with Talius
The new partnership involves mobile personal emergency response wearables to help older Australians connect when they most need it.

Smart assistive technology companies Spacetalk and Talius Group partnered to bring the former’s wearable alert devices to aged care providers and consumers in Australia and New Zealand.

Spacetalk’s Life Mobile Personal Emergency Response System is an accredited mPERS device with voice calling, texts, and location sharing that family members and carers have access to via a simple app.
With 24/7 monitoring by Safety Link, the smartwatch comes with built in fall detection, SOS button and location features.
Talius is excited about the partnership and considers Spacetalk’s product a “key addition” to its range, said group managing director Graham Russell.
“Adding the Spacetalk Life mPERS device to the Talius suite now extends the connected home care offering to truly keep people safer for longer in their own home,” Mr Russell said. “It will also add additional key data to the Talius SmartCare platform to drive better outcomes for our clients and the sector.”

Spacetalk chief executive officer and managing director Simon Crowther said the partnership made Talius Group the exclusive distributor of Spacetalk Life mPERS wearables in Australia and New Zealand.
“The partnership with Talius Group it will enable us to help more older Australians live happier, healthier, and longer lives with the Spacetalk Life wearable,” he said.
