Aged care software vendor Health Metrics has launched a new cloud-based application for retirement village providers.
The software eCase for Retirement Villages is a user-friendly end-to-end solution to manage existing and potential customers, quotes and admission contracts.
Users can see financial, occupancy and maintenance histories, keep track supplier information, service level agreements and compliance requirements and manage property owners and tenants.
Other key features include billing management, real-time data analytics, integration with other systems, a resident portal and a maintenance log.
Health Metrics CEO Steven Strange said retirement living workflows and use-cases came naturally to the vendor because of its experience with aged care sector operators.
“I am proud to assist more businesses in the retirement living sector with an intelligent solution that enables them not only to act, but to analyse, report, and enhance their business in one complete end-to-end solution,” Mr Strange said.
Seventh-day Adventist Aged Care CEO Eric Anderson said it was an innovative solution.
“We implemented eCase for our retirement village and residential care sites, and a key factor was that we required a fully-integrated system.
“It is the best solution for integration with our billing and finance system plus other platforms in our business ecosystem,” he said.
Health Metrics announced the launch of eCase for retirement villages on 16 March.
