Leadership roles go global at PCS

Executive changes at aged care and retirement living vendor Person Centred Software see Tammy Sherwood move from chief executive officer of the local arm of the business to chief customer officer in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Johan Jardevall – who joined PCS in the UK last November – is now CEO across the whole business. And Jemma Robinson – who has been with the organisation in the UK for more than two-and-a-half years – is now chief operating officer in both territories.

Ms Sherwood has nearly six years of experience working with PCS’s customers in Australia and New Zealand. She said she was looking forward to splitting her time between Australia and the UK and being able to share insights and best practices to benefit both territories.

“My primary objective is to be the driving force in leading our customer-centric initiatives, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of our customers are heard and prioritised,” Ms Sherwood said.

Ms Robinson – whose extensive career in the care sector includes multiple care home manager roles –said she was excited to expand her role internationally.

“I am excited about the impact I can make in this role and working more closely, as one true global company, with our Australian colleagues. Together we strive to provide our customers with best-in-class onboarding and ongoing support, allowing them to fully maximise the benefits of our products.”

Mr Jardevall said he was committed to driving growth and delivering value to customers in both territories.
