Rauland announces new CEO
Jacqueline Leeds has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of care technology company Rauland Australia and New Zealand.

Digital health technology company Rauland Australia and New Zealand has appointed Jacqueline Leeds as the new chief executive officer to lead the organisation’s next phase of growth and expansion.
Emphasising her deep understanding of software solutions, strong focus on customer needs and operational excellence, Rauland said Ms Leeds was perfectly positioned to lead it through this next chapter.
Ms Leeds has over 30 years of experience in leading digital transformation and driving growth across global, private equity and family-owned companies, with a focus on emerging technologies. Since 2010 this focus has been on innovation in the healthcare sector.
Director and founder of Rauland Australia and New Zealand Steve Gomes said the company was thrilled to welcome Ms Leeds as the new CEO.
“Jacqueline’s exceptional leadership and expertise in digital transformation are exactly what we need to accelerate our ambitious growth plans as we continue to innovate and increase our Concentric Care platform offerings,” he said.

Prior to joining Rauland, Ms Leeds – who is based in Melbourne – held various regional and executive management roles including at ZircoDATA, Giesecke+Devrient and Oberthur Technologies, known today as Idemia, where she spearheaded businesses and innovative operational transformation to maximise growth and service success.
