Tech partnership provides integrated comms platform
Healthcare software provider Lumary has partnered with digital customer management system Conpago.
Healthcare software provider for the disability and aged care industries Lumary has joined forces with tech company Conpago.
“Our partnership with Conpago extends the functionality and capabilities of Lumary’s software to create an even more powerful solution to support the needs and challenges of the healthcare market,” said Lumary’s head of strategic partnerships Rick Russo.
Lumary and Conpago have partnered because the companies have a shared vision, he said. “We want to make a difference, and both companies are invested in supporting providers to deliver quality, outcomes-based care.”
With Lumary’s software performing the heavy lifting in the back end, Conpago’s cloud-based platform is able to centralise all the data for aged care providers, enabling staff and administrators to access full details of the services and support residents receive. It also offers residents and their family members real-time communication and engagement.
“With a single, integrated solution, our customers and future customers can collaborate and communicate better than ever before,” said Mr Russo.
The goal behind the partnership is to deliver a connected solution that creates a seamless experience for providers and residents alike, said Conpago CEO Ali Galadari.
“With this integration, we have created a single source of truth for the healthcare industry. The capabilities of the Conpago application supports providers to effectively manage and engage with everyone in a client’s circle of care.”
National provider of co-located clinics in aged care facilities Concentric Healthcare Services has adopted the integrated communications system. Director Angeline Violi said its capacity to share meaningful content boosted the wellbeing of residents as well as staff.
“The ability to share photos, videos and messages creates a high level of engagement and allows everyone to see the value and positive changes for themselves. And it is so rewarding for our staff too,” Ms Violi said.
