AUDIO: Organisations seeking to grow can look to social media to share their message, but they should know why they are signing up to a social communication tool before they do, advises James Tuckerman, editor and founder of Anthill Magazine.
Mr Tuckerman (pictured above) spoke at the recent Elephant in the Room aged care conference about three existing technologies and trends that will change the aged care world.
He identified mind reading technology, which is currently being used by the video game industry rather than service providers, gamification and applying short-feedback-loop principles to the work environment, and harnessing the power of social media.
